- Cut chicken into small pieces. Finely-chop onion and garlic and ginger. Chop tomato.
- Fry garlic in oil till golden brown.
- Add onion and let it fry till transparent.
- Add ginger and tomato and let it fry. Then add paprika powder, turmeric powder, cayenne and salt. And stir continuously.
- Add chicken. Stir-fries until moisture is lost.
- After moisture is lost, add water. Cook on heat till chicken is done. At the last add garam masala.
