  1. Cut chicken into small pieces. Finely-chop onion and garlic and ginger. Chop tomato.
  2. Fry garlic in oil till golden brown.
  3. Add onion and let it fry till transparent.
  4. Add ginger and tomato and let it fry. Then add paprika powder, turmeric powder, cayenne and salt. And stir continuously.
  5. Add chicken. Stir-fries until moisture is lost.
  6. After moisture is lost, add water. Cook on heat till chicken is done. At the last add garam masala.

  4. After moisture is lost, add water. Cook for 20 minutes at high heat.
