Directions

cut spices Cut chicken into small pieces. Finely-chop onion and garlic and ginger. Chop tomato.

add onion fry till transparent Add onion and let it fry till transparent.
add ginger and tomato add spices Add ginger and tomato and let it fry. Then add paprika powder, turmeric powder, cayenne and salt. And stir continuously.
add chicken moisture is lost Add chicken. Stir-fries until moisture is lost.
add water Completion After moisture is lost, add water. Cook on heat till chicken is done. At the last add garam masala.
